Review: The Housemaid inspired me to read another one of Frieda’s. The Coworker was also a page-turner, easy read, & I could not put it down! I loved the intensity and pace of this novel as well!!

The Great Alone

Review: The Great Alone is a beautifully-written novel; I wish I could re-read it. From Hannah’s vivid imagery in describing Alaska to her detailed narration of rough family dynamics, friendships, & the significance of finding forgiveness, grit, & eachother, this book was perfection. Truly a rare and raw read about a young girl coming–of–age, navigating loss, life, and love. My only note was that this book was a slow start!
